Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
With three courses lying at the base of the Rockies, this is a golfer's heaven..
The Courses
Built against the mountains in Colorado Springs, each course has generous fairways and challenging greens. Given the mild climate, golf can be played year-round, with occasional
interruptions for snow during the winter.
The Experience
The East Course was built in 1917 and when it opened, was the highest 18-hole course in the country. It features tree-lined fairways and large, undulating greens. The West Course was completed in 1964 and is considered more challenging of the two due to its steeply sloped greens. The newest and shortest of the triad is the Mountain Course, opened in 1976 and known for its natural mountainous terrain. All putts break away from the Will Rogers Shrine on Cheyenne Mountain.
