Awesome experience. These guys are the best, I live in Colorado springs and was traveling to Denver to visit a friend. My car suddenly started to overheat. I pulled off at Monument and was directed to JJ tracks. I explained my situation to the guys at the counter, they got my car right in and got the problem figured out right away. I was back on my way in a little over an hour!! When it was all said and done, the final bill was even LESS than I was quoted in the first place! Kudos to these gentleman and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic.…
Waste of Time and Money. Took 5 days to complete the "simple" service. Never returned phone calls or called with diagnostics. The first time I called them, they said they couldn't find the problem with the engine. I asked them if they had driven it and they said no. I recommended they do that in order to properly diagnose the problem. When I called back after not hearing from them for 4 more days, they told me the truck was ready to be picked up and the charge was $40 for the rear differential. I asked about the engine problem and was told they did not have the expertise to solve the diagnostics problem and recommended I take it to Dodge. So it took them 5 days to change the rear differential fluid (a 30 min task at best). When my wife picked up the truck, there was an additional $80 charge for diagnostics in spite of the fact that they couldn't complete it and they recommended I take the truck to Dodge to have them solve the problem.…
Not Recommended. I went to JJ Tracks because I wanted to stay local. It was not worth it. Besides having to call to get updates on my car, and find out if it was finished, my car coincidentally developed a new problem with the climate control system while it was in their care. They estimate that fixing the new problem will cost about twice as much as the problem I brought it in for. I understand that I drive a crappy car, and it has problems, but I have a hard time believing that a system I had no problems with before I took it in ?coincidentally? started acting up when it entered their shop. They did not even mention this problem, until I came back for a resolution.…
