Best in town. Very polite , very nice waiter always knows our order before we do, great food , we don't eat any other chinese than this because its the best, and i have gluten sensitivites and the sweet and sour chicken without sauce don't bother me.

Excellent Chinese cuisine. First off, anyone complaining about the language barrier is being flat out silly and an ill mannered American in a Country that’s the melting pot of Cultures. Compared to most Chinese restaurants I’ve tried which covers a very broad spectrum giving that I have been to all 7 continents this one has very decent service when its busy and when slow I would say excellent. I’ve actually had the pleasure of meeting the owner as he came out once to ask me about an order I made because it was quite large considering the size of my family. He was concerned I might have misunderstood the size of my order from the Dinner menu and therefore had legitimate concern of my spending more than I bargained for. I informed him I had no problem taking the rest home for lunch the next day. Here the food has a more authentic flavor and not the typical Americanized soy mixed flavor that I’ve experienced abroad. I would highly recommend anyone to trie this restaurant at least once for the experience and I’m sure if you can get past the cultural language barriers and an authentic Chinese accent then you will enjoy your meal extensively.

Not the Beast in town by far!. I gave it two stars because it wasn't the ghetto, but the food was.

They said they delivered to Fountain when I called, but had a hard time understanding the simplest addresses and letters. A as in APPLE! Proved too difficult, so they said they do not deliver to me even though it's less than 3 miles.

I chose to drive, owner helped me order and wait time was not long.

I got home and the order was wrong. Not even enough orders for the family. I called and spoke with the Owner and he said I was wrong, but he recommended the serving sizes and I said 2 of that kind. Saw him write it down, He argued and said I was wrong again. Wasn't willing to do anything about it. I ended up having to cook after all.

The Lo Mien was ok, says my husband. The Almond/cashew chicken was one of the worst I've ever tasted. Strong hints of Coffee in it, have no idea why, spices not correct for that blend of a dish.

*****The best Chinese food in town has to be China Cottage!!! Their Almond chicken is to die for (with fewer almonds as called for is I and the kids ages 8 and 5 order). Have yet to eat something from China Cottage we don't like. Willing to drive to even the farthest of places to deliver. Always the friendliest employees and never a wrong order. Have been ordering from them for a year now and love it!!!! *****

China Cottage unfortunately were closed on the Monday we chose to order from Coat Mine Dragon. TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!!

Coal mine gave us all tummy aches and made us sick!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great food. Everytime i go there i hope to not get this one waiter.He keeps trying to get at me.It makes me very uncomfortable.One time i went with a friend and we ws having a convo he actually pulled up a chair and asked me questions about where i lived WIERD.. I was so ready to go

Good Food, so-so service. I have only been 3 times, but twice within 8 days.

Food was good with more than enough served.

When busy, though, service is brief and unfriendly.

Also didn't appreciate that I ordered a refill soda and was charged double when I had a third refill. Do not remember seeing a refill limit in the menu and the server should have mentioned when zooming by, snatching the cup on the 3rd round.

Will find somewhere else to eat with better service.

Grrreat!!!!. Great food and great service. I know people from Pueblo who come up to the Coal Mine in Fountain. The food is excellents with a great wait staff and lovely atmosphere. (Could invest a little money into remodeling the clean bathrooms though.) Grrreat!!!!

food is excellent, and great service. I don't know for others, but for my year and half stay in America, I spend so much time in that restaurant..food was great..and the thing is..I am very picky..
