Delicious Breakfast. The only disappointing thing about this restaurant is that we found it our last day in Manitou Springs. During a short vacation to Manitou Springs we stopped here for breakfast. The service was outstanding - the waitress was friendly, and went out of her way to be nice to our young son. My husband and I had the crepes with fruit, and they were AWESOME. Our son had a side of eggs with cheese, and the eggs were also delicious. If ever back in Manitou Springs, we will definitely be back for more at the European Cafe. …
