City Market. City Market has the most helpful employees and i love shopping there. I always find what I need and get great service as well. I have been shopping there for over 25 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are great also.

I have purchased lots of flowers and plants over the years for birthdays and special occasions and find the floral staff to be courteous and knowledgable and talented. The flowers are always fresh and the floral designs rival any floral shop.

I would recommend shopping City market over the local competition any day!!!

Love City Market!. I love City Market. The manager always helps me unload my basket. I rarely have to wait in line. Yes, the building is older, but they are smaller, friendlier, have good deals and friendly staff. I chose to go to City Market over Safeway or Walmart.

City Market Floral - not good. Most people I know will not shop at City Market because the facilities are usually dirty and the workers are unkempt, and not knowledgeable. For instance, I have purchased several items from the floral department and they died within two days -- not exactly fresh flowers. Also, I purchased a live Christmas tree from them and the floral manager, Tammy, a short chunky woman, assured me I could plan them at my home and they would thrive. They did not -- they died within weeks of planting. I did some research and discovered that the evergreen she sold me is not recommended for altitudes over 6,000 feet and temperatures below 20 degrees. Hello! Woodland Park is over 8,000 feet and it always gets below 20 degrees in the winter. And Tammy lives in town! Obviously she does not know much about trees and is careless about her advice.

Friendly, clean, and well maintained - a fine grocery store.. The service at City Market is great! The employees are friendly and helpful. The manager recognizes my family and always takes the time to check in with us and make sure we are all healthy and well. I find that City Market is reasonably clean and is not "run down", like a different reviewer suggested. As a customer, I always feel welcome there, and I encourag you to shop there if you get a chance, too.

rundown. Store is rundown, dirty, and workers are rude. Floral workers also work in produce department, such as creating fruit baskets, and do not wear gloves, even when they are ill. Floral manager often gossips and spreads terrible lies about other workers' family members and customers, so much so, that she was sued for harrassment and slander. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.
