Dissappointing Service. My daughter signed up LAST SUMMER to be notified when Meeker received a 3/4 size bass to replace the 1/2 size bass that her daughter (my grand daughter) has outgrown. She calls every month to see if they have one and has always been told 'no'. They finally told her today they had one. My grand daughter was ecstatic to learn she was finally getting a 3/4 size. When my daughter got to the store she found that what they had was a 3/4 size cello. REALLY? They don't know the difference between a bass and a cello?! AND why does it take them monthes to get a new instrument in? The clerk told my daughter that they had had one in last week but already gave it out. "Why didn't you call me?" my daughter asks. So, the clerk pulls out a stack of sticky notes and starts looking for my daughters name and information. REALLY? Sticky notes? is that how they keep records? So, so, soooo dissappointed in Meekers. Grainers here we come!

TERRIBLE customer service. very unreasonable return policies, very poor selection, extremely unprofessional, will NEVER set foot in meeker again.

Disappoint in Meeker

Disappointed in Meeker. I used to shop here out of necessity on most basic needs - but loyal patronage gets you nowhere here. The inventory is extremely limited and their staff will disclose just enough about their return policy to ensure the customer will lose. Unfortunately for their staff, they are mis-guided from the owner on down. Most recently, I made a gift purchase and verified their return policy upon purchase. The staff clearly explained the policy, and that is also printed on the receipt, which it was. When I realized I needed to return the item - "the rest of the policy" was explained, the part that is not disclosed when a customer asks - and is not printed on your receipt. Buyer beware, buyer go elsewhere, buyer go anywhere but Meeker...
