Was a great pub.. now just a hotel lounge. We used to love this pub. At one time they had happy hour every day with $2 brews and $2 appetizers and the place would be packed. Then they quit doing it and revamped the menu. The food is lack luster and overpriced. The brews are pretty good. You can tell its a not a high tech brewery, but I've never had a complaint about the beer. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the place, but the service is not like it used to be. When they had the great happy hours, they had great help, then when Hilton took over it just became another hotel lounge.

Housed in a thoroughly modern building, Baldwin's is neo-saloon brewpub that crafts a nice selection of lagers, ales and pub fare.. In Short
This Old West-style bar sports a tooled tin ceiling, massive wooden columns and a knockout cheery back bar. Downtown office workers and professionals rub elbows with tourists. German beers are the main staples and the house stout is superb. Basic bar food includes wings and nachos to burgers, bones and cuts of beef, pork and poultry. Wisconsin beer soup is incredibly good, onion rings also rate.
