Lugi in my drink.
I have been here many times and really love their enchilada?s, but I went here a few days ago and ordered enchilada?s and a sweet tea...it was very sweet? but I did not say anything until the lady, sort of a short chunky middle aged lady with black hair..(I think she is one of the owners) came over while I was waiting for my food and said excuse me I was wondering if the tea was too sweet, she seemed curious because it was when they first opened and they must have just made the batch, I said yeah a little for my taste, she asked if I wanted anything else to drink..I said no that's ok and she offered to pour some sweet tea out and fill back with regular tea..I said ok and she brought it back and I took a sip and said it was better, I left happy with my enchilada?s and tea....when I got back to my office I was very busy and let my tea sit on my table...by the time I got a break?all the ice had melted?. I looked at it and saw something slimy all around the straw so I took the lid off and tried to lift it with the straw...it was slimy and thick and really big...I was so angry and disgusted....I was not rude at the restaurant and they did this to me.....I don't understand why someone would do that...it is so disgusting...I will never go there again and I will post this on every site I can think of...
So good, I go back over and over. Not much seating and very crowded for lunch, but it's such good food, you don't care. I have had some great conversations with other customers I've sat with, and they all love it too. Oddly, you're eating out of a paper box with a plastic fork , usually at an old picnic table in front of the place or one of the small tables inside, and you don't care at all. I hope they never change. Excellent food. Absolutely delicious. And the people who work there are wonderful and so friendly.
