worst service ever, don't ever order from here.... I really used to like this place, but they
The service may be iffy but the Pizza is good. I will definitely pay attention from here out but I honestly never noticed a problem.... Anyway they pizza kicks *ss here. my 2 cents
LOVE IT!. Anyone who wrote a bad review must have deserved the service they received. I love this place and the people I have interacted with were always friendly and professional.
This Place Sucks. If you want a manager to say F**K YOU and that you are a BITCH go to Borriello Brothers New York Pizza. These are the most uncouth people I have ever met. Better off at Papa Murphy's or Domino's the management won't even give you a call back after 8 phone calls to them. My $60-$100 a month well spent somewhere else. They don't care about their business because they have so many locations bringing in the $. Hope they fail sooner than later.
Folks who run this place don't care. I worked at the downtown location for about 3 months as a delivery driver. It was one of the few jobs that I took where I wanted to quit after the first day because of the way I was treated. The people who run the place don't care about employees or customers. They think that they are just the greatest so they don't need to be nice to anyone. I heard the manager lie to customers on numerous occasions when the service was bad (the driver had a flat tire). It is no surprise to me when I read bad reviews of their service. Often times we would get a lot of delivery orders come in at once and I was the only driver. Of course orders would be late. The phone lines were bad making it very difficult to take orders. Often I would have a wrong phone number so if there was any problem getting the order to the customer I was unable to call them. I delivered food for six years for another place before I worked for Borriello Brothers so I know how to do deliveries. These people just don't care and they just don't get it.
Excellent East Coast-style pizza. I'm from back east and the pizza here is great, just like the kind I grew up with. I noticed one or two reviews that said the pizza was so-so. These people are accustomed to conveyor-belt pizza and probably have no idea what a real pizza is supposed to taste like. This is the best pie in town, hands down. Delivery person was very friendly - great service.
Didn't Have The Chance.
Nothing unique, computer down, customers cutting in line, Jackson Creek Manager rude, hopefully that manager will come into my business someday, anyday.
Remember Word of mouth works both ways!!!!!
♥Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ♥ BEST PIZZA IN THE SPRINGS! ♥Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ♥.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE this pizza. We're a large family, and the 2 for $20 for REAL NY PIZZA is such a deal! My husband is from NJ and he says this is the best NY pizza you will find in the Springs!
The customer service is always superb! I love this pizza!
yummy. I love this pizza, they finally opened one close to my house so I can get it delivered. My husband usually does not care for thin crust but he loves this pizza. I ordered eggplant and onions once and now its my favorite. Its so good, I could not wait to wake up and have it for breakfast. I love the crust too its just right not to thick so you are eating all these carbs. Delivery took 20 minutes too.
