I had had two car accidents in about two months time. Thankfully, neither were my fault. Black and White Auto got the car both times through my insurance agency and another company. They came highly recommended by both places. They are very thorough and efficient. They kept me up-to-date on any changes. They were always very friendly, and they answered all of my questions. They were wonderful. The first time I used them, they just checked the car over and we ended up having to total it. The second time they had to replace the whole front of the car and the quality of work was very good. If I knew someone who needed that kind of service, I would not hesitate to send them to Black and White.

My girlfriend mashed her new Acura RSX and we needed someplace reliable to fix it. The Acura dealer told me they do all their body work at Black & White, so we took the car there. Every part on the front of the car had to be replaced, plus one of the fenders and both front airbags. Black & White did an awesome job, with no overspray, really good color match, and body panel gaps that were factory. I was an auto body painter for 4 years, so I know the business and how cars should look when they're finished. Great job, and fast besides!

Worked fine, until..... My car was in the shop at Black and White Auto for over 4 months a few years ago after an accident. They were very friendly about it. Car did come out looking good. Still had pieces of glass coming out of holes since then, but not all that bad. Now, 3 1/2 years later, my car is having faulty wiring problems. The doors that Black and White Auto used to replace the other damaged ones were found to be riddled with "poor wiring", parts that looked "pieced together", "soldered cheap connections", and "jumpings from other random power sources to make things functional"... All in all, yes, the work they did to my car did last a few years; however, I am now looking at a minimum of $2,000 to a maximum of $4,000 to fully figure out what is wrong and to fix it. The work they did was all fully covered by insurance, and so my best bet is that they took the checks from the insurance company, pocketed it, and then tried their hardest to cut every corner so they could maximize profit. NEVER GOING BACK!
