I have been going to this store for years when I have been in town. I really don't have any idea what the other reviews experienced but I always find something I want to take home. The staff and the owners are kind to me this time I found out they had lay-away so needless to say I was able to get that something special with out breaking the bank.

Awful customer service anywhere.

I went into Santa Fe Springs on 1-28-07 with my husband and witnessed a lady behind the counter being really rude to a customer. I was so shocked by her actions and was very displeased with the whole situation. The customer had a child with her and I thought that the employee was very rude and should be fired for her outburst and comments that she made to the customer. I will not shop there ever and will let my friends know not to go there. What ever happened to treat others like you would want to be treated?
