Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

An Elegant Oasis. The Old Town Guest House is a charming inn just off bustling Colorado Ave - we stayed in the African Orchid room (which is fully ADA compliant). We really loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the mountains. David and Kay, the innkeepers, are wonderful and know the area thoroughly - great recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and "off the beaten path" adventures.

It provided a great base for sightseeing in the area - Pikes Peak (they will make reservations for the Cog RR); Garden of the Gods, etc.

Highly recommended!!

Wonderful!!. This is one of the nicest B & Bs at which we have stayed! Our suite (The Paintbrush) was beautiful,

spacious, and included a fireplace and a jacuzzi

on our balcony looking out at Pike's Peak (all for only about $150 per night). The innkeepers are an extremely attentive and gracious couple and the breakfasts and afternoon snacks are a treat. Staying there made our visit to this beautiful place even more enchanting. We highly highly highly recommend!
