Over priced!!!! I had to sign up for a 2yr contract to get a "military" price, then when we PCS'd they cancelled my husbands contract but we still had to make payments on mine!!! Of course we were under the impression that both of the accounts could be cancelled since that was what the sales person told us! Horrible. So we paid and paid, then after the contract they kept charging! So I had to call their outside billing company which told me I had to write a 30 day notice to cancel and they will continue to withdraw money for that month. What BS. Toatally not worth it, go to TAN YOUR HIDE!!!! Way better beds, always new bulbs and they provide towels/goggles for you!

Being that the ONE positive comment about OST is from the manager herself Id say that OST is not all that she talks it up to be.
I tanned there for years because of the location (I am more than through with them now). The employers give a miserable name to tanning specialist... most of them look like they have been away from the sun for years (good way to sell your product?) Jill the manager have VERY POOR customer service as she works frequently in her stores, not only is the BOSS rude but pushy as well. As most sales people should be, but there is a time when it starts getting uncomfortable.
Knowing 3 ex employees myself, they said that it is run unprofessionally with scheduling and door keys.
For myself, I have been in there multiple times in my past and about half the time there was an unhappy customer stuck in their contract. Sorry to all who have had the misfortune of tanning with this company.
Great Service!. I've had a great experience while tanning here. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I have never had an issues and I would never go anywhere else. The beds get you get wonderful color too! I've walked through the door at Tan your Hide and was blown away with how rude and unproffesional they were that I left immediately! I love One SunSational Tan
Horrible Service; They continue to over charged my account!. Untrained employees don't know how to fill out contracts and poor customer service...took 3 months to get a manager to call me back regarding a problem with my automatic payments, Then, when a manager DID call me back there was "nothing they could do"....my account is getting charges $40 TOO MUCH each month and there is nothing they can do??? I bet if I was underpaying by $40 each month they would figure out a way to fix it. I have used Tan Your Hide in the past and have found it to be very professional and way cheaper. STAY AWAY FROM ONE SUNSATIONAL TAN!!!
