Great food!!!!!!.
Fantastic food! The chicken marsala is to die for. Went to dinner with my girlfriend and the service was above and beyond what I expected. I go out to eat three maybe four times a week. I will definitely return. Not to mention its right across the street from the theater.

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain..
In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

Why is this rated at 8.6?.
Subpar food, yet inexplicably crowded and noisy. I don't plan to return. If you're looking for Italian at reasonable prices, I'd recommend Johnny Carino's off Powers Blvd.

Save your money.
If you want to spend your hard-earned money on low quality but expensive psudo-Italian food, be my guest... I however would recommend Fazoli's Italian off of Academy--cheaper, faster, and oh, BETTER TASTING. Plus, Fazoli's offers bottomless breadsticks and drinks. I still feel taken for the money I spent at Carrabbas.
