Great Color and Cut. Love this salon. I just had my hair cut and colored by Mia last week and I love it. I've been going to her for a while now and she always does a wonderful job. She is creative as well and I can tell her to do what she thinks will look nice and I always love it. Highly recommend Mia at Viva Salon!

Not happy! My haircut is UNEVEN, & my color is excessively bleeding out! I gave my color 6 days before I called and it has continued to wash out. When I called, they tried to blame me for it, I've stated I use warm water, I don't wash my hair everyday, I don't use a flat iron or other tools on my hair everyday, I use high quality sulfate free color care shampoo & conditioner so I don't understand the problem. They told me I could come back to the salon in 6 DAYS to get a "glaze"(aka demi-permanent) put over my color, which if I'm lucky will last maybe 4-6 weeks. Since my hair has bled the color so badly, I have a bright red racing stripe going down my part (my virgin hair was processed longer than the rest) with what looks like brown polka dots (where no color or lightener was even placed) & throughout my hair I have horizontal lines of my original brown hair. What it looks like they did is use a demi-permanent on the shaft & ends instead of permanent, which is totally the WRONG thing to do since I was doing a color change and not refreshing the existing color. For those who don't know much about the different types of color, demi-permanent is what stylist use as toners, to blend in grays (if theres no color change), fill in highlights, & to refresh color (mainly in between permanent applications of the same/similar color). Demi's aren't used for complete color change, they wash out anywhere between 24 washes & 6 weeks which makes them great for someone who doesn't want to commit to the a certain color. I've had temporary, semi-permanent, demi-permanent, & permanent color & I have NEVER seen any of them fade such as this color, hell she didn't even tone my hair, my "blond" is ORANGE & my original highlights are stop sign red (with spots of brown/blond/gray). Don't get me started on the cut, it's sad when my 5 year old can notice an uneven cut (at least 1/2" difference) & no existent layers on one side. I'm very VERY specific on my haircuts & she didn't follow directions! Not worth $200. However, I will say they were extremely nice during my appointment & they give military discounts, but for me that's just not enough when you spend HOURS in a salon & hundreds of $$$ for a disastrous result.

I'm new to the Springs and was in urgent need of highlights for my wedding. Viva were able to accommodate me at short notice and they did a fantastic job. I'm pretty fussy with my hair as I've been having highlights for years but Mia did a wonderful job with the color and the cut. She's also very friendly and genuinely interested in her clients. Another thing that's great about this salon is they have the most comfortable sinks for washing your hair - I often struggle with this part but not here. 10/10!

I have gone to Viva and had my hair cut and colored twice by Mia. She is a color genius. Everyone in the salon makes you feel right at home. I have finally found a salon in the springs that I'm not nervous to go to. Thank YOU, Viva :)

Fantastic Salon!! I had my haircut by. Fantastic Salon!!

I had my haircut by Mia a few days ago, and I must say that If you are still searching for "your stylist"-that person that knows your hair and is your go to...then visit her!

Not only was my haircut fantastic, but the salon was nice, the conversations were fun and I even set up an appointment to come back for coloring after we talked about color options. I'm relieved to have found Mia! Thank you Viva Salon for your outstanding service!

Wonderful Salon. I have been looking for a decent hair stylist for a long time and decided to try Viva Salon. When I telephoned for an appointment I spoke to an owner, whose name I cannot remember,unfortunately . The stylist given to me was Mia and I must say it was the greatest appt. I have ever made. Mia really made my day with great hair treatments, cut and style. Viva Salon will be my salon from now on. Tank you Viva and Mia.

Great Salon. Let me tell you how nice it is to go to salon that actually knows what they are doing. Mia cut my hair and she is GREAT!!! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I have been living in Colorado Springs going on 2 years and I think I found my stylist :). Such a great salon! Everyone was so friendly. I was a walk- in hoping for a haircut and it was so nice to not get that stare like you have 5 heads.

Awesome highlights!. After not knowing what to do with my hair, Robert suggested having my hair highlighted... I love it! He was so thorough, gave me several options and I'm so happy with the outcome. Robert came in early to accommodate my schedule, gave me a great cut and listened to me... cannot wait to go back:)

Awesome Job. I had my hair dyed and highlighted at Viva Salon the other day, and I couldn't be happier with how well of a job Mia did! I was going for a drastic hair change, and she helped me pick the best color for me and did an awesome job. She was very friendly and easy to talk to as well. The staff was so accomodating to my bringing my 8-week-old. Anytime I needed to change his diaper, or my friend that got her hair done or I needed to hold him or feed him, they were very understanding. I will be recommending this salon to all my friends in the area looking to have their hair done by great professionals at a great price.

Amazing!!!. Robert at Viva Salon colored my hair yesterday. After having the same person doing my hair for over 6 years I was really nervous but from the moment he said "Hello" I was so comfortable. Robert took the time to listen to what I was wanting and the finsih look is just Amazing. Everyone at the salon are friendly and experienced. My friend also got her hair done by another stylist and her hair also turned out amazing. I will be telling everyone to go to Viva!!!!! Thanks Robert!!!!
