Autoshop is worst. The sales team at Daniels did an outstanding job. They let me test drive vehicles and really provided good service. Now that I own a car purchased there and have to deal with their autoshop my experience and recommendation has changed. To get work, any work for something as simple as a flat tire, you can expect an all day excursion. They have nothing but excuses why they just do not seem to get it right on the first try. I have been to the shop several times on one issue and had to tell them what the fix to the issue was and after spending days scratching their head they finally tried what I said and the issue was resolved. Their service manager is weak and does not understand the concept of listening to the customer. I am locating my work to another Chevy dealer that hopefully will understand what customer service is.

Daniels Chev-----horrible customer service!. oh they called me back, they emailed me several times, promising me to get the information on their leasing promotion on a 2011 cruse. I even got a call from the General Manager, wow., but guess what, NO ANSWERS , still have no idea what they have to offer, how much they would cost, etc, etc. BAD decision, I'm going to Denver, no thanks Daniels!
