Fast, Professional and inexpensive. I had a major sewer emergency and Buzz came out that day to fix it. He quoted much less than I was expecting for the work that was done. He also put in an easy access for future clean out... it is very homeowner friendly.

Quick Response and Good, Clean Work. Very easy to deal with. Buzz was effiecient and knew exactly how to handle our water heater issue. Would reccomend to anyone.

Best in Colorado Springs. I had this company install a furnace and air conditioner in a townhouse that had tenants in it. They were so professional, considerate, timely, and best of all the price was a almost a thousand dollars less than the other four BBB A+ rated companies that I asked to compete for my business. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to install a new 95% efficient furnace in my primary residence. They again impressed me, which isn't an easy thing to do! By far this is the best HVAC company that the Springs has to offer!!

Best Plumbing & Heating by far!. I wouldn't use any other plumber in Colorado Springs. Grand View does a wonderful job. Buzz is honest, fair, professional and reasonable. He is willing to go the extra mile for a job well done each and every time. Thank you Buzz and Grand View Plumbing!!

Best Plumber in Town!. Grand View Plumbing & Heating has saved us over and over again. Buzz is the kindest, fairest, most professional plumber we have ever had the pleasure of working with. When we need him, he is there, and always makes sure that he finds the best solution for our situation while giving us excellent expert advise and options. Gouge Victim Plumbing & Cheating!. Grand View Plumbing & Heating ? definitely a poor selection when choosing a plumber here in Colorado Springs. First off, they don?t itemize on the bill that they provide you, showing a cost of each item they supposedly installed allowing the customer to note their markup. Secondly, they install plastic components (faucet) on the outside of a house, which they know over time will be become brittle with weather, wear and use (totally impractical for outside use in the Colorado climate), and accuse the homeowner of breaking the item. Downright rude. Then they don?t stand behind their product when it does fail three months later, thus charging the customer again, yet their claim in the yellow pages is ?fixed once,? false advertisement to say the least. Based on our experience the company should be called Gouge Victim Plumbing & Cheating!
