Best Homeade Italian in town!!! HANDS DOWN!!!. I have been going to Roman Villa for about 9 years now.... NOTHING compared to a lot of patrons who have been eating here for over 50 years...patrons who come up once a week from Canon City, Pueblo, and other surrounding areas.

A place just doesn't stay open for 50 years unless it's special, and that's exactly what Roman Villa is. It's family ran and boy do they ever make you feel like family, whether you're a first timer or 1000th timer. Just look at the walls of baby pictures hanging on the walls. They do not judge you for coming in multiple times a week (I do it often) because you just cannot resist and must give into your taste buds which are craving those amazing spices and homeade flavors they have to offer.

RV opens at 5pm and 99% of the time there will be people outside waiting or waiting in their cars before 5pm to get in. It is not unusual for lines to be formed most of the evening to get a taste of this delicious food. The turnover time is quick, and if you're in a hurry or want to eat at home, call in a to-go order, you will NOT be disappointed.

Roman Villa Chicken (this is THE BEST CHICKEN!!!)

Salad w/ their homeade italian dressing and blue cheese crumbles.... NUMM!!!!

Enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends and this wonderful food and it will be something you can't live without!!
