I recently purchased a Groupon for A Total New You Salon & Day Spa. I was suprised when I emailed them at 11p on Thurs and was contacted by their super Receptionist Crystal on Friday who said they had a cancellation and could get me in with Chad on Sat morning. Chad was kind & thoughtful & although, I had another appt right after my hair, he took great strides to make me look & feel spectacular!! I got a rich massage that almost put me to sleep & he chose a perfect highlight color & style that made me feel sassy & cute after the drab, washed out color I went in with. He made sure to give me the customer service I deserved even with a coupon & had me on my way in plenty of time for my next appt. Thanks Chad, you rocked my hair & made me look fresh & ready for summer. I highly recommend him & can't wait to come back. Now, come on SUMMER!

My daughter and I have been going to a Total New You for several years now. Everyone is terrific and very professional. Marla is a sweetheart and has eyebrows looking great for several years now with electrolysis. We've had several hair stylists do fabulous cuts and styling. I would highly recommend TNY to anyone who wants a fantastic look.

My first visit to ATNY was thanks to a gift certificate from my sister - I was fortunate to get Brittan Peirick for my hour long massage! She's fantastic! I left there feeling completely refreshed and stress free! I highly recommend her to EVERYONE! Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Terra is the best! I absolutely LOVE my hair, she always does a great job but this time was the best. I look forward to my appointments with her and recommend her always! She has been able to help me with my hair since it got fried by another salon years ago. She's helped me get it healthy again and does PERFECT color!! Thanks Terra!!! xoxo

Jenean is AMAZING! She is truely an artist. My brows were almost non-existant, so she literally had a "blank canvas" to work with. My brows look so natural, no one would ever know unless I told them. I am so happy with the results!!

I have been seeing Terra now for a few years. She is an amazing colorist and I have complete confidence in her judgement! She changes up my color almost every visit because I like trying new looks--I have never left unhappy and she always instructs me to call her if I find that I am not pleased with the color when I get home or after a few days. I highly recommend her--especially if you are looking for fresh ideas or just a little change--you will not be disappointed! Thank you Terra!

I read all the great posts here and decided to try the Salon for myself. I made an appointment with Megan for 0800 Saturday and drove across town and was on time, yet she was not even in the building yet. I waited and left-I feel that shows no respect for me as a customer and is unprofessional. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

Had a wonderful first haircut and style with Sharon Edson. I had requested someone who understood the unique qualities of curly hair and the receptionist matched me with Sharon. What a treasure! She was able to help me with a brand new style and make my curls work for me for the first time in a long time!

Also, she saw me for a quick lesson a couple of days later when I forget some of the tricks she had showed me. I have been successful at getting the soft curls to show up every since! Can't wait to go back!

Everyone at A Total New You is great, and I Love Sharon!! All I have to do is go in, relax, tell her to do something fun and gorgeous, and I leave looking better than I even imagined! She's the kindest person and really knows what she's doing. I'd recommend her and the entire salon to everyone. :)
