Great Schnitzel und bier. Real and authentic German food. The wait staff is attentive, friendly and most are ethnic. We travel from our home in Denver quite often for lunch and on the way to somewhere else. The dinner plate is very full so we prefer the lunch size. Hint: if you are going to Uwe's make a reservation, even for lunch as the place is normally packed. That is how good it is, best in Colorado. We have tried them all several times.

Very Satisfied Customer. It's such a charming, quaint place and the food was absolutely fantastic. Their choices of German Beer is also very good. We will go there everytime we visit Colorado Springs from now on. If you like authentic German food, this is the place to go.

Simply Wonderful. The food and service was top notch! My wife and I will DEFINITELY come back!
