Rudest Waitress in Town. I used to go to Place in Back almost every Sunday night for the reasonable drinks and fun atmosphere with my favorite karaoke KJ Sharona. Now that she will no longer be there, neither will I. I attended a gathering there with the Sunday night regulars and encountered the rudest waitress I have ever seen. She was hateful, ignored us at the tables and had a verbal exchange of nastiness with the lady sitting next to me, over how to make a drink she had never heard of. I'm not sure what her problem was, but she is the worst waitress/bartender I haver ever had. This disturbs me, because this bar has always been a fun, friendly place to go and socialize with a great group of Sunday night regulars. There has been a steady decline in the service since the new owners took over and I wouldn't recommend the Place in Back as a "friendly" neighborhood bar anymore. Too bad...it used to be a GREAT place when Mollie owned it.
