horrible experience. I know this isn't the salon's fault per say, but I also had a horrible experience with the manicure living social deal i bought. Wow, the lady was totally rude to me on the phone, being very defensive. She even ignored my first phone call , I had to call twice to get her to even call me back. Just because you sold too many coupons, that is NOT an excuse for not honoring future clients coupons. She just lost all my future recommendations. She obviously does not know how customer service works. I hope the salon breaks their contract with her. She actually told me that she doesn't make any $ off the coupon, so she feels like she doesn't have to honor more coupons just to keep working longer. Didn't know being a manicurist was so rough of a job.

Again we sincerely apologize ! The nail tech in question turned out to be a nightmare and a loose cannon. Call Living social customer advocate and they will take care of you. This had been turned over to Living social for some time and she was not supposed to engage in rude conversation with you! This is very frustrating for this business.. We're offering 20% off on any hair services for any of you who had this horrible experience with the living social deal. Just bring your voucher!

Abano Salon. I bought a living social coupon for a pedicure. When I called to redeem the lady doing pedicure informed me that she had sold too many and would not be able to honor my request. Out of the kindness of her heart she was extending the coupon through April 7, 2012, and was doing 12-15 pedicure a day. She did not offer to extend the coupon beyond that time or any other benefit. I bought the coupon in good faith, it is not my fault she sold too many. I would never go here and will tell all my friends and family.

We're very sorry this happened to you and this nail tech is no longer a part of our salon. We are as apalled as you are. This deal was turned over to living social some time ago and all she had to give you was their consumer advocate # and not engage in this rude and ridiculous conversation. She's a loose cannon and we ended it when realizing what was going on. Did not know the rudeness and unprofessionalism she demonstrated. Again our sincerest Apology!

Best Colorado Springs Salon. I went to Abana with a horrible Hair cut, which was supposed to be an "A Line". It was a mess and Donna fixed it. Could not believe what a difference the right cut can make.Thanks Donna

Best hair Extensions in own. I came to Abana for a hair extensions consultation and was amazed at how many different companies and methods they represent.I decided to go with the SOCAP hair and it is just beautiful.Feels just like my own hair,I can put it in a pony tail,wash it everyday,just let it dry or style it.I'm hooked.Tina you're the Best!

Colorado Springs best Hair Extensions. I found Abana on the Brazilian Blowout salon finder and saw Tina for my Blowout.She was so nice and informative,asked me a lot of questions about myself and my hair,which made me feel very comfortable.The Blowout she performed on me is just what I wanted.It made my hair feel and look awesome. My Husband can't keep his hands out of my hair. I'll be going back to Tina for all my hair needs from now on! I highly recommend this Lady to anyone wanting top notch hair!
