excellent service. thanks!!. i phoned yesterday regarding repairing my grandfather clock. was lucky that they were going to be in my area today and could stop by and look at my clock. the very pleasant and professional man showed up right on time and smoothly and efficiently got my clock running again in a very small amount of time for a fair and reasonable price. i would most definitley recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future. many thanks!

Hopeless Watch in Colorado. I purchased a watch many years ago while stationed in Germany, about 30 years to be exact. Somehow during one of my many career moves it got broken so I had taken it to several watch shops at various instillations. Was told it was hopeless and of course they would always try selling me another one of theirs. Just happen to be on Circle looking for a place to make copies and came across the TIC-TOCK shop. Decided to stop in the next day with my hopeless watch and the person at the counter who was assisting me just happen to be from Germany. She took a look at it, and of course gave me that familiar look I had been accustomed too, however she ask me to leave it there and she would see if there was anything that could be done with it. Two weeks later I received a call and was shocked to find that my watch had been repaired. I was even given an apology because it had taken awhile for the parts to arrive. I recently took it in to have the band replaced and they replaced the battery free of charge. Now there is hope, so looks like my grandson will be getting a watch when he grows up…Great job and excellent service!

Poor customer service. Brought a clock in for repair. Pendulum piece was bent so my guess was that was one reason to why it stopped keeping time. We live 50 miles east of town so we brought it in for service and repair. They would call if more repairs were needed but it would be a 50.00 flat fee on cleaning. After 2 Months they called to state it was ready. Brought it home and notice the pendulum was not fixed, Called back and they replied, "Well it was working at the store and they are checked before they leave the store" It is odd that how could it be working if the pedulum still had the same bent part as before. Anyway, no offer of suggestions to take thru any steps to see if there are any another problems, no offer of what they did find. Just it was working at the store
