All they want is $$.
Have taken my 2 cats here for almost 2 years now and figured out that its just another vet that wants my money and doesn't care. My cat came back with a bald spot on his leg after getting neutered to
which they cant explain. I have taken him a few times for it and they don't know what it is... but of course they run all the tests they want and cant figure it out. He's had it for 7 months now. Multiple vet visits, hundreds of dollars later and still diagnosis.....
My other cat was diagnosed with allergies and HSV (pretty much a cat cold) and they wont give me a refill on her medication unless I take her back in to pay another ridiculous amount of money to tell me she still has allergies. They gave her shots that don't work, but still want me to come back for a recheck!
They don't know whats going on and I feel like they "dont diagnose" because either A. they dont care or B. They want you to keep coming back and spending hundreds of dollars.…
THE BEST OF THE BEST. WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CAT FAMILY TO RIDGEWOOD FOR OVER 20 YEARS. DR. JANET CHRISTY IS AS CLOSE TO A CAT SPECIALIST AS YOU WILL COME IN THE SPRINGS. BENDS OVER BACKWARDS FOR CLIENTS. CLINIC IS ALWAYS CLEAN. PRICES ARE REASONABLE. TREATS OUR CATS LIKE THEIR OWN. DON'T EVER WANT TO HAVE TO SWITCH!!…
Good animal hospital. I bring my dog in for her annual shots, general health exams, etc. The staff are very friendly and treat my dog like she is their only patient. She loves the attention they give her! Their prices are reasonable and I've never had a problem with this clinic.…

Horrible. Would never ever go back - I took my dog there that had gotten into antifreeze - they told me testing and an IV would be $400 - NEGLECTED TO MENTION THEY WOULDN'T GET THE RESULTS BACK UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN MY DOG WOULD ALREADY BE DEAD UNTIL 6 HOURS LATER! I then had to take him to a specialist and have him put down. I asked for a refund of $254 of the $309 they needlessly charged me. Yes I understand that he died due to a mistake in cleaning up antifreeze - but they took him and charged me when they had no hope of treating him in time. $254 is not a lot of money - however they need to know that the best thing for an animal in that situation is to immediately send them to someone with an inhouse lab that has a chance at helping the animal. The best thing is certainly not wasting 6 hours of the 12 hours they have to administer treatment. Horrible horrible service will never take another animal there.…
