I love going to this salon. My mom was looking for a place were they would do my hair the right way, and we were able to find everything here. I appreciate the things this woman does, and if you treat her with respect she will do what ever she can to help you get the hair you want. So I recommend this salon to every one because going is worth it.

Benita is an amazing person,she's funny and always takes care of my hair she's very nice to me

I Absolutely love this salon. I left there so happy i chose this stylist. The salon has moved into a nice neighborhood where i feel very welcomed. The stylist really knows how to do her job well. Customer service is outstanding, she really listened to what i wanted done to my hair. I hate getting my hair trimmed by people, because they cut too much hair off. She trimmed my hair perfect. I am a very picky customer and she still accommodated me. I am not easy to do and she does my hair exactly the way i want. Its really crazy reading some of these peoples comments, she is the best beautician in Colorado Springs. HANDS DOWN!!!

waste of time. If you have a good cut and want to maintain your cut and style do not go there. I was really upset with my hairstyle. I got it done back home and was looking for some one here to maintain it. She chopped off my already short hair and she shaved the back of my head. i showed her the style i had from the book plus a photo i had in my phone. she went to cutting and jacked my head up. I never sleep on my hair when i get it done, but that time i wrapped it up and slept like a baby. it is growing back now and i will make sure i find someone who is qualified to cut and style my hair. i hate to have to give a rating

left work early for NOTHING. Wow, no option to leave a zero star rating....

I called and asked plenty of questions before making an appointment, and was satisfied with the answers.

So, I then made an appointment for a Friday late afternoon/early evening, because I had an event that weekend. I left work early to arrive in plenty of time so she would not have to wait for me. When I got to the salon, I found the door locked, but the lights on inside. Since I saw her washing someone's hair, I figured she was just finishing up and did not want people just walking in.... mind you, it's not in a great neighborhood.

I'm standing patiently in front of the door, and after she and her client are done, they are chatting and walking around and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I waited 5 minutes past my appointment time, and she's still blowdrying and styling someone's hair, and the door is still locked and I am standing in that crappy neighborhood without anyone ever letting me in.

What a poor excuse for a business. Obviously no customer service here. Wasted my time. I found a different place, and will never return here again.

Had a great experience. I had a great experience here. After having a very bad experinece on Saturday at a different salon, I went here to have their mistakes fixed and was very happy. Benita was my stylist and she listened to my needs, fixed my hair, only trimmed the amount off that I wanted, and worked with me to set up a personal maintence plan for in between visits. My hair was so dry from the Colorado climate but it is very mousterized now and I am confident it will flourish with her as my stylist!! She also uses and sells Design Essentials, one of the best products for ethnic women and not one often used out here.

Not Recommended. My sister and I both went here and we were not happy with the results. My hair was cut about 6 inches without my permission and the style was horrible for us both. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
