FirstBank IS the first out there as far as CO banks go.

I've visited different 1stBank locations and I've been a customer for over 6 years. I love them! Overall, they have great customer service, their staff is competent, friendly, and people just seem happy to be working there. I've always been treated nicely, and I always feel like they have the best answers for every question or need I have. I will not name banks specifically, but I can say that most banks have a lot to learn from 1stBank.
- Pros: Happy, friendly, knowledgeable employees.
- Cons: They need more bilingual representatives

No Other Bank Can Top It

I switched from Vectra Bank (I was with them for 8 years) to First Bank two years ago. I looked at many other banks and decided on this one because my fiancee banked there and he assured me it was a great bank. I love it! The tellers and staff are very friendly. You never have to wait a long time. The ATM is open 24 hours and is a drive through. Everything we needed we could always get fast and effectively. They have free checking, insentive programs, free checks, loan options, and great customer service. Everyone who works there knows what they are doing and never give you a dumb look. At Vectra I was faced with long lines and only one teller who was good at what she did. First Bank has yet to disappoint. They have easy online banking, good phone customer service with 24 hour access, free debit, and free ATM charges if you use their ATM. Best of all.. they are open on Saturdays and until 6:00 on weekdays.
