I was tricked.

I don't know the womans name that did my hair, but she did a very good job. ALTHOUGH.. I am new to the world. I just graduated and I was by myself getting my hair cut. I specifically asked for a trim which was in my price range. (22-25$) I got just what I wanted.. EXCEPT I'm from Ms, where I normally don't have to watch out for schemes. When the woman finished with my trim up, she asked me if i wanted her to dry my hair or not. (well yeah??!!!) She kept asking me questions as she was blow drying, like, "do you want me to flip it in or out?" and "do you want me to make it flirty?" And you know, I didn't know what she was talking about, I just wanted my hair dried so I just kept saying, "sure?!" Well FINALLY she finished with my hair when I asked for the price. 50$ was the ending price!!! When she asked me if I wanted "this or that" she never once told me that it was charging me more. I asked her how the price got that high and she told me my hair was styled!!!? I didn't realize I had been played with until I started thinking about how the price got that high.

The entire package! Professionalism, ambiance, attentiveness, sincerity, acceptance and genuine compassion for my wants and needs. With Ashley's meticulousness and diligence I do not regret spending one dime on the Thermal Straightening service provided. EVERYONE at Styles Salon made my experience an exceptional one. My hair looks fabulous and every customer serviced while I was there left looking like a million bucks with stylish color and modern cuts. Absolutely fabulous! 100 stars!

Great Place, Great Service, Wonderful People

I went there because I saw the great ratings this place had and I wasn't one bit disappointed.

The first thing I noticed was the top notch customer service they offered. I was a walk in and they made me feel right at home. They offered me something to drink and made sure to acknowledge me while I was waiting. They were nice enough to accommodate me right away and I only had to wait for 15 minutes.

Ashley, my stylist is a sweetheart. She sat down with me and took the time to get to know me and find out exactly what services I wanted before we got started. For the price of 25 dollars, I think that was amazing. Most of the shops don't even start that low WITHOUT consultation!!!

I have pretty long hair so I figured they would up the price because it was certainly a lot more work than it would have been for shorter hair but they didn't.

So for $25 this is the service I received: First the consultation, then she shampooed my hair, gave me a scalp massage, conditioned my hair and then gave me an absolutely wonderful haircut.

The results were awesome. I'm much much happier with my hair now.

Excellent place for style & color

Stephanie is my stylist and I absolutely love the fact that she listens to what I want with my hair. She is very creative with color that works for me. I've been in the Springs for a year and I feel that I finally found my stylist and salon.

Great Salon

Stephanie is my, well, let's see, groomer... LOL I have never had a wax done and was being a pansy, but wanted one so bad. Stephanie said "Trust me" So I did, She is the bomb. She did it so fast and comfy and like your done in a flash, yes it stings, but she just gets it over with and your on your way, no dragging it out, She tells ya and, baby your on your way, smiling and laughing about why you were so silly . Well at least that was my experience.

And as for the the others who answer the phone and greet me, how sweet and friendly can you get with these girls.? They are always happy, smiling, clean looking, the place is stocked with everything you would want and need. Gift baskets, discounts ect. it's a store, it's a salon, It'S GREAT.... GO VISIT .......
