We have eaten at the Jade Dragon restaurant, and used the pick-up and delivery services. We have always enjoyed great food and had wonderful service. The restaurant's advertising clearly lists the 3-mile limit for delivery, so this should be easily understood. When my son's Chinese girlfriend came with him to Colorado Springs for a visit, we took her to the Jade Dragon - and she was impressed also. This is the best Asian cuisine I've found in Colorado Springs, and I've eaten at some of the best Chinese restaurants in a variety of different cities in the U.S.

Gone Down Hill. This has been our favorite Chinese restraunt for almost 3 years & was a natural choice for my mom's birthday dinner.

The food was terrible this time!!! The rice was overcooked & mushy.. no flavor at all. The sweet & sour tasted like vinegar. The egg rolls were long skinny tubes with very little filling. The wontons had so little filling in them it looked like someone had just wiped off the knife to clean it... almost all dough. And I got severly ill after eating the shrimp.

I tried to call the restraunt to complain about the poor quality of the meal nad received nothing.

After order apx 1x a week for almost 3 years we will be finding another restraunt for our weekly chinese dinner.

False advertising. Restaurant advertises free delivery but then charged $7 delivery because I was 4 miles away.

No loyalty to customer. My family orders delivery from here at least 2-3 times a month. We normally get the wonton soup and the lo mein. We ordered the combo fried rice last time and when the order arrived the fried rice was MUSH. No flavor! It was horrible. I called back to the restaurant and they said so sorry - they would replace it the next time we ordered. Well that was a lie!! We ordered tonite and were told "we have no record" - I explained everything to them - and still no go. I hope that the $7 was worth loosing a regular customer over!

Do not recommend if you like flavorful food.. The food at this restaraunt is bland. The rice had absolutely no flavor, there was hardly any meat in the fried rice and the rice wasn't even fried. You hardly get any food for the cost. I defenitly would not recommend this place to anyone.
