Whatever you do. Do not use this so called person to settle your estate. He will tell you that you need to do all the estate paperwork a certain way when you do not have to which leads to huge unnecessary costs that makes him rich. He will try to bleed as much money out of your estate proceeds as possible in lawyers fees. If the Will is not exactly right with witnesses ect. but all remaining family members agree to the Will, Michael Hendricks will tell the estate executor that the Will needs to be changed to suit the court. False is all I have to say to that. Especially if the Will is hand written in the state of Colorado. This lawyer is in the business to make money. Don't forget that. He will lie to get money from your rightfull estate settlement. If a Will is hand written by the decedent it is called a Holistic Will and it is OK to use in Colorado even if there are no witnesses to the Will. If your Parents do not owe anyone any money to anyone when they pass do not hire this attorney. He will rip you off!
