One of my favorite restaurants. San Chang is one of my favorite restaurants in town. This restaurant is located in a strip mall and the door to get in has never worked correctly. The restaurant is a bit bright most of the time but has what I consider to be the best Korean food in the city and perhaps some of the best I have had since I left Korea 15 years ago. The owner is a very nice gentleman that remembers his regular customers. Staff is always polite and very nice. I have eaten most everything on the menu at one point in time or another and with each meal only a single word comes to mind MMMMMMMMM. If the restaurant gets busy the service can be a bit slow and meals are served individually as they are prepared. I believe this restaurant continually wins the independents award for best Korean food.
