Customer service was great. Janet, the owner, went out of her way to special order a "dragon egg" and then when it came in with a scratch she exchanged it right away with her store model. Great people to work with and kept me informed all through the process. Highly recommend!

I would not reccommend this store to anyone. I took my vacuum in to have some warranty work done and it still doesn't work. After almost 3 weeks of continually calling, since no one would call me, we found out that they had a loaner we could have used. Finally picked up our vacuum, took it home and it ran for 2 minutes. Taking our vacuum to someone who specializes in vacuums only.

WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE SPRINGS. I have to say it is hard see why these people are still in business unless they voluteer there services to these companies. I will follow up with Dyson to let them know how they entrap people with false promises. One thing that have that is consistant is telling people wrong information maybe to "seal the deal"? Out of all the businesses out there, do not go here for unless you continually enjoy poor customer service period. Really a zero star had to choose one to post.

Best anything anywhere. Thinking of going to visit your grandma? Screw that! Wanna eat a delectable steak? Eat my fist! No place on Earth is comparable to Vacums and Dragons. From machines creating suctions by utilization of low pressure and oversized fire breathing reptiles, they have everything you want. They are so awesome, they already had intercourse with your mom and are, in fact, your father.
