Nice Atmosphere, Ok Staff. I recently moved to Colorado and was recommended to go into Luisa Graff to check out their jewelry selection. The first time I went in I was met with a rude sales person who tried to argue with me about how much she knew. The friend who recommended it to me told me to give it another chance so I did. I've been a jewelry buff for over 15 years and love great jewelry. The store has a nice selection but I have not been impressed with the staff yet. My friend told me that is unusual for the store so I am willing to give them another try. Again, nice selection but they need to work on the customer service of their staff.

Nice store, friendly staff. I have purchased several pieces of jewlery from Luisa Graff for my wife. My wife loves the ear rings and diamond pendant (wears them almost daily for the past couple of years). They have your typically offerrings of jewlery and some custom pieces as well. On a couple occasions when the store was busy I had to have some patience before recieving some help.
