Worst management ever. If you ever need to cancel your membership due to a move that you have no control over, such as a military move, be prepared to pay $50 cancellation fee just because of it. Even though they don't tell you this when you ask them about it and won't tell you until you give them a copy of your orders showing you have to move and tell them you want to cancel, you will still have to call and ask them why they are still charging your account, only to find out you have to pay this $50 fee. If you were to change bank accounts or didn't know this fee was necessary, your account will go to collections. They will not credit you back for the months they have charged you and this "Brandy" who claims to be the manager over all tan your hides claims there is no one else you can talk to but her and she is very rude. Do not get a membership here. We had several other problems with this place while we were here too.
