Underhand Operation!.
Made an order tonight April 1st (yep I really thought could have been an April fool!) Having spent much time repeating order and visa card details was told ONLY AT THE END it would take 2 hours! As it was already 7:30pm that was a LONG time to not eat so cancelled order. Oh of course no pizza but was charged on our account and then told would take 7 days to credit back, to whcih I was not AT ALL HAPPY!
PLEASE keep in mind had we been TOLD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL the delivery would be that long WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED! But no we were NOT TOLD until the end when the charge had been made.
No Pizza, charged on our account and told seriosuly, "FU YOU" by Barbara the Manager becasue SHE was upset at the "tone" of voice being used, by the person who's account had been charged for NOTHING!
HONESTY at the start of this order was ALL THAT IT NEEDED! Obviously too much to ask for in this day and age!
