Unreliable Information. WE ARE OPEN! There's a saying, "You can't please everyone." 29 years of photographing children has taught me this. Unfortunately, comments can be made in haste on internet sites with no evidence or support. The fact is: Trademarc has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau in Southern Colorado. Trademarc offers many packages, including just one 8 x 10 for $17.00, with prices that range from $16.00 to $39.00.

An A+ rating represents exceptional customer satisfaction, the quality of our work says the rest.

I've always had a GREAT experience with Trademarc. Please don't pay any attention to the negative reviews, seriously they are way off base. Some of the best photos of my sons have been taken by Marc.

Awesome family (kids) photographer. Marc took his first picture of our kids when they were 9 months and 2 1/2 years old, and he has consistently delivered the most memorable photos every year for 12 years now. I can't say he's never taken a bad photo of us, but that certainly isn't his fault! You know how hard it is to get everyone smiling and looking good in a family portrait? Well, Marc delivers, even if he has to do a little "studio magic." Thank goodness we have his photos from the years, and not the junk that is offered at our school. They may be cheaper, but I wouldn't want them on all of our friends' and family's refrigerators like we do with Trademarc's.

Truly top notch. I am shocked by the negative reviews of this business. We have worked with them for 4 years and have never found anyone better! Since changing schools we have had nothing but unacceptable and disappointing Lifetouch photos of our otherwise charming and photogenic child. We are trying to get Trademarc in to our new school to provide all school picture services. Trademarc's speciality is taking photos of children with natural smiles. The owner focuses on getting them to laugh and be themselves and the results are simply to be cherished. He has never taken a bad photo of any of our children or our family and we also use him to take our family portraits. We laughed when we opened our Lifetouch photos. I have never seen worse. Trademarc is not a corporate, commodity based portrait company. If you want your child's personality to come through in photos, you cannot go wrong with Trademarc!

Worst experience I ever had. This guy was an absolute jerk. He was incredibly disrespectful to everyone in the room. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in the service industry seeking my business. I certainly will not purchase his overpriced packages and support such atrocious customer service.

Packages so large and pricey we could not afford. The pictures were fine - nothing special, but then, school photos never are.

The problem we had was with the packages. Most school photographers will offer package pricing for all price points. However, there was no way for us to get only an 8x10 to put on our wall [and keep for posterity] - without buying a whole package that included 5x7s, wallets, even bookmarks! If we had had the cash, we surely would have spent the 60, 70, 80 dollars and been glad for the extras, but my husband was unemployed at the time and money was really tight.

Because Trademarc did not have a small package available, we were not able to afford our two kids' school photos for that year, and now we'll never have them.

Pics way to Pricey. trademarc took my daughters photos at her school this fall. After much review of the proofs and packages that are available I cannot justify paying those prices for ok quality.

For those prices Tradmarc needs to provided more diverse packages with the ability too choose between one or two poses.

Best school pictures ever. Trademarc took the school pictures at my daughter's school and they are absolutely beautiful! Our package inclues black and white photographs that are just stunning. I would highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism and reasonable prices. I would suggest that the one poor review be disregarded as someone complaning because she did not get her way.

really happy. thank you so much for the beautiful pictures i have on my wall. i will cherish them for a lifetime. you took so much time and care for my family and i am really happy with the service and quality. i will always use trademarc for my family photos. my children are so relaxed and have so much fun. on picture day at school the come home talking about the funny guy. thanks again a.

totally professional. i have to say that i have never had the best care taken of my family at picture time. so kind and so professional. took the time to capture the best pictures. offered so many choices. the best is well worth waiting for. i would recommend trademarc highly to anyone seeking only the best. i believe you truly have to have a gift to do what marc does. he has taken pictures for my children and my family for years and believe it or not, it gets better and better. thank you marc for all your work!!! amey
