Just had a really good cut and color. Unfortunately the salon was unwilling to honor the purchase price value of the Expired Groupon I presented. Not for the original deal, but for the dollar amount I paid for it, as ismGroupon's promise to its customers when you purchase a deal.....amount you pay never expires, just the great deal. So essentially the salon got my $35.00 in groupon money and was not willing to honor that amount. Luckily Groupon is refunding the money and will pursue the business themselves.l...but as a matter of principal I will not recommend or go back to this salon. Why would you take a customers money then not honor their "gift card" if you will. Very dishonorable, thumbs down and a guarantee to spread my dissatisfaction with my group of family, friends, and peers.

MYRA~MYRA~MYRA!!!. I absolutely loved coming to this salon to get my hair and eyelashes done by MYRA. I have to say I wouldnt come here for ANY other reason!!! I just found out that myra is NOT at illusions anymore, so i would like for everyone to be able to contact her (719) 994-5212.

Shes Stylish, Trendy, Talented and very personable. Id trust her to do anything!! I LOVE MYRA~ SHES AN ARTIST!

Myra's eyelash extensions are FABULOUS!!. I just got my eyelash extensions done this month done by Myra in Illusions Salon and Spa...they are amazing!!!! She was very meticulous and gentle and they have stayed on fabulously!! I wake up and feel like I have makeup still on...yea!!!!!

They are on the corner of Union and Briargate in Colorado Springs (north side)

Everyone loves my extentions and you will love having eyelash extensions on too, I promise!!!!!

Beautiful Eyelashes. This salon is clear across town from my house, but well worth the 40 minute drive to get their. I wanted eyelash extensions for my wedding, but have very sensitive eyes so I decided to do them 6 weeks in advance as practice so that it wouldn't ruin my day if they didn't work out. My experience was great and I didn't have any problems. Myra was understanding about my eye sensitivity and did everything possible to make me comfortable. I love my eyelashes now and receive tons of compliments on them...everyone thinks they are real! I'm going in tomorrow for my 3rd set, and I'm not sure if I'll ever stop getting them done now. Thanks, Myra!!

I love my new eyes!. I recently got eyelash extensions by Myra and they look fabulous. She was so meticulous in applying them. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

The salon is very nice as well: comfortable and stylish. Susan at the desk was very personable and made me feel so welcome. I'm headed back this week for a retouch...can't wait.

Nice comfortable place. I have gotten my hair done 3 times by Missy. She is very accomodating and friendly. She has done a great job highlighting my hair and I love my cut. AND, the price is great compared to several other places I have been. I'll keep heading there to get my hair done for a while !!!

Awesome Service. I recently got the eyelash extensions by Myra and they look fantastic!! It is such a subtle change but one that really brings out my eyes; I'd recommend them to anyone. Myra was very personable and although it was my first time at the salon, she acted as if we were old friends. I can't say enough! Thanks Myra and Illusions!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!. I just wanted to thank everyone for such a wonderful and fun experience. I walked away telling everyone I know what a great experience this was. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. Missy was recommended to me and I am so thankful for that, she did an amazing job on both the color and the cut. I have never received so many compliments. I definately recommend this place. Thanks again!

Best Salon in Colorado Springs. What an awesome experience! I have always been hesitant to get eyelash extensions. I visited Illusions about 3 months ago, and the owner had the most beautiful eyelashes. She informed me that they offer eyelash extensions. After much thought, decided to make the decision to have them done. I must say Myra, whom does the extensions was very informative, knowlegable and patient! We had wonderful conversation, and I felt very good during my visit. I love the extensions! They look great, and have saved me so much time in the morning! What a difference, and great investment! Finally, a hair cut and highlights I like. I just moved here two months ago and asked around for a reliable, reputable, and reasonable place to get my nails done or get my hair cut. My co-worker suggested Illusions Salon & Spa. My first visit was for a pedicure, just so I could get a feel of the place. I was pleased so I made an appointment for my hair. Myra listened to me. I explained I never had a hair cut I liked, never had a style I could reproduce the next day, and my one experience with "subtle highlights" ended up being a 2 year process of cutting my hair shorter and shorter until my natural hair grew out again and the horrible total head color change was finally my own natural brunette again. Myra explained I needed some lengths to give my hair back some vibrancy and the natural curls would spring back to life, that the highlights and low lights would frame my face and compliment my natural hair color, and the texturizing of the highlights would thicken my naturally fine hair. She then showed my how to train my bangs (first time ever with bangs, love them) and how to use the blow dryer and a round brush to easily achieve the same results.she had. The next day, after washing my hair, I followed her instructions and found I could actually duplicate it with minimum effort, which, at my age and busy life, is an answered prayer. Great experience. Give them a try.
