Fantastic Salon!!!. I have tanned at several salons in town over the years, and this is by far the best. They girls are great, always friendly and professional! Prices are affordable and I get awesome color. Thanks for giving me a healthy glow:)

MMMMM?. Not really impressed. No air conditioning in the bed so it was truly miserable and i just quit early. I think these are just older tanning beds or thry are broken because it was heat spraying out. Bathroom smelled like someone died, so not sure if it is always like that or someone just used it? I am used to a more upscale tan place so if you are too shop around.

Incredible Tan & Fabulous Staff. I write this as a member of 7 years. I've seen the changes, I know it's history, I've tanned at other salons, and Solar Wavz is by far the best I"ve experienced! This company has always out-performed in the area of customer service and the quality of their beds. I work in customer service and know the good from the bad! Their knowlegeable staff helped me choose the right bed (currently the wave 160) and right lotion (14 Karat Gold) for the results I wanted. I get compliments on my tan from friends and co-workers and I am confident when referring them to Solar Wavz. The owner herself took the time to show me around the salon and explained to me the differences between the beds and how each one would affect my tan and when to use them! As for the clealiness aspect, I am a clean freak (boder line obsessive), it's obvious that they are too! My friends and I are highly satisfied customers of Solar Wavz and definitely suggest you give them a try!

Great Tanning Salon Colorado Springs. I have been a member at both Solar Waves and The Sunspot Salons for almost 5 years. I had to switch to just Solar Waves when they split the companies. I would just like to say that I have always received quality customer service (and yes my card has expired or been lost) Their staff was always courteous & helped me straighten things out. I never found their bulbs to be lacking even in their lower beds. And I have always been able to maintain a great tan in their salon. Highly recommend them over another very large tanning company in town whose lower end beds never get warm, and they barely have enough staff to check people in let alone clean their beds.

Rude people. Just canceled my membership..........incredibly rude girls working here!!! They made me feel bad and embarrassed me in front of people because my credit card declined....I did not realize it had expired! They loudlty announced it and made me feel like a criminal. Even the people in line said it was not nice the way they handled it. Also, after months of tanning I hardly got a tan so I am not really sure they put in fresh bulbs. Go elsewhere if you want respect.

A different place. Got doubled billed again on the new higher prices!!!! Going back to the sister store Sunspot......What the heck happened? Solarwaves needs training from Sunspot again to get back to the glory days. You went the wrong direction L&B and lost.....sorry guys. K

Sucks..in summer it is 100 degrees in this place!. I almost died in this place it was so freaking hot!! They could care less and my bed had left over tingle lotion on it which made it worse. The girl just laughed and said "my bad"..what the hell is that?! How disgusting to leave a dirty tanning bed for people!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
