just wanted to say thanks, for making this our best car buying experience ever! when all was said and done i think you beat our history of buying a car (time wise) by at least two hours... who would have thought you could buy a car in less than an hour! The staff has excellent people skills, and made it so you didn't even feel like you're at the dealership, it was like buying from a friend! i definitely recommend!!!!

Because of our schedules and living far away, they were willing to stay open late to get us our trailer. They even took the time to explain everything to us and didn't seem rushed at all. Most companies wouldn't even consider doing that and here there was no question they were willing to accommodate us.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS! They have a 2003 silverado with a Duramax on the lot for $13,900 that I wanted to buy. I heard noises from the transmission so they took the truck to Best Western Transmission where they informed Rick of Intermountain the trans needed to be rebuilt and was about to go. Rick did not trust this and wanted to send it to AAMCO with mechanics that did not know anything about this trans. So I paid to take it to Al Serra south and had a GM certified mechanic look over this truck for 2 days. His final report was $10,000 worth of repairs for a new trans, a Turbo that was bad and new rear calipers. When this was presented to Rick with a more than fair cash offer for the truck he replied with "This is real money we are talking about. If you know what that is." They put the truck right back on the lot and will sell it to who ever they can with no regard. These people are very bad news and make their money off of unsuspecting people. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY FAR FROM THESE CROOKS!
