What a wonderful experience!. I was a new patient with Dr. Renolds and I loved her! The office was very attractive and the frame selection was great! I loved all the colors and frame shapes. Dr. Reyonlds does CRT contacts, the lens you sleep in and you see better the next day! I love that. Her location was convenient and she accepted my insurance plan. I even got sunglasses to go over my contact lenses. Dr. Reynolds gave me a thorough eye exam and she was very good at explaining things to me in the exam room. I really had a good experience and I will go back again. I also plan to bring the rest of my family in soon. Very satisfied and I highly recommend the Mountain Shadows Vicion Center.

Perfect for adults and kids alike!. Dr. Reynolds and her staff are always friendly, professional, and thorough. She relates well with both parents and kids, remembering what's going on in each of our lives - school, activities, etc. She went above and beyond to make CRT lenses work for my son, doing extra appointments and consultations while making it doable for us financially. As an adult patient, she explains everything to me, and I always feel like she's keeping an eye (no pun intended!) on the health of my eyes, not just writing me a prescription to correct my vision now. I have complete trust in Dr. Reynolds and recommend her unconditionally.

A Place to Avoid!!!. The worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office. After leaving the office in early 2006 confident that insurance concerns would be taken care of- including a document saying I owe nothing and insurance covered, I received a call/letters starting in 2007 that I had an outstanding balance and this was never taken care of. Advice from the office was to call my insurance company and threaten them that I had an lawyer. Then I received a letter saying they would be submitting this to a collection agency if I did not pay for the $600 pair of glass I got over a year ago, but they would be nice enough to arrange a payment plan. Be aware, only if you're interested in a doctor who calls you multiple times over the next 16+ monthes after you are told insurance was taken care of, this is the place to go.
