They were very helpful and gave us a fair deal on our gold sale. They are very knowledgeable about gold and diamonds. With our gold sale and the discount they gave us in a pre-owned ring, we walked out of there paying 49 dollars for a 1/2 carat diamond ring with extended warranty.

Excellent Customer Service!! I went to "Glenn's" today because I was looking a certain gold chain for my pendent. Everyone was very nice and the manager and staff went "above & beyond" to accommodate me. Very happy and well satisfied with the whole experience! Great Prices and Selection!!

Either dishonest or incompetent, take your pick. I went in to sell an 18k gold ring. They tested the gold and told me it was only 14k. This was a ring by a well known jewelry designer and purchased at a retailer that stands behind the products they sell. So I went right home and contacted the store where I bought the ring and explained that it supposedly tested to be 14k when it was marked 18k. They guaranteed it to be 18k, suggested that I bring it to get tested at another jewelers and if the second test also said it was 14k, that they would give me a refund and pursue the issue with the jewelry designer.

The second jeweler confirmed the ring to be 18k. So either Glenn's Jewelry & Loans tried to defraud me or they don't know the difference between 14k and 18k gold. Either way, BEWARE!

Glenn's Jewerly Store is Wonderful. I have been a customer of Glenn's since 2007. Never one complinat they always go out of thier way to give the best service possible.

wonderful sales associates , but Pinky is the senior sales associate and she is the warmest friendliest helpful and she alwasy has a great smile.

Great place to buy jewelry. Glenn's Jewelry is the most impressive jewelry store I have been to yet!!! The sales representatives were very friendly and helpful and definitely not pushy. They helped me get the ring of my dreams with a limited budget. I am very impressed with my overall experience. I definitely recommend Glenn's Jewelry.
