Good ice cream but over priced!. Cold stone has good ice cream, very small scoops for the price you pay, they are way over priced!

Great service, and great ownership. I've been to this location (North Academy) so many times that the young people behind the counter often know what I am getting. The customer service at this location is top notch 99.9% of the time...even when they are getting slammed. I've even met the owners on several of my visits...and they are spot on; they actually seem to care about the reputation, and service of their store. Unlike the location at Cinema Point, this store prides itself on fast and friendly service, along with quality ice cream. Don't waste your time and effort going to the Cinema Point location; you'll be extremely disappointed.

Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.
