Very poor service, very rude phone rep. Our family received very attentive and helpful service during the try-on and purchase selection of gowns for my daughter's wedding. However - just try to get an appointment with the seamstress at anytime after the purchase. Everything has to be done by their rigid rules. Seems they have limits as to how soon before the wedding they will let you in! We were told after two tries that if they let us in too son, there will be no room on their schedule for "rush jobs". Seems if you want to be organized and schedule a reasonable time ahead , you take a back seat to those who do not plan well. Also tried to explain we did not want a fitting , just to talk about the feasibility of an alteration the bride wants. Also, since she works out of state and has no fixed schedule, we needed to do this while she was here. We had 6 dates, some weekdays, to find a time. The representative was rude and uninterested in our issue. No openings, gave her an appointment in 6 weeks , take it or leave it. We took it but can not be sure she will even be here at that time. Feels like we were trying to get an audience with the Pope! Will never use them again. This is the fourth daughter I have planned a wedding for and have never received such poor service.…
Best Place in town.
I waited until the last minute to look for a wedding gown, and to outfit my bridesmaids for that matter. With less than 6 weeks to go before my event(that's how long it takes to get things in), the
girl I worked with, her name was Ashley, found me the gown of my dreams in one appointment! Another girl named Haley helped me with bridesmaid dresses the next day. I brought all 5 of my bridesmaids in and she helped us choose dresses I loved in a color I absolutely adored. She was so cute, quirky and funny. She immediately made me feel better about the whole thing, saying, "Don't worry, I'm here to take care of all of this." We got all of the dresses here before the wedding!
This is the best service I've ever had anywhere. Not only were these two girls I worked with so fun and helpful, one of the managers... Amber I think... checked in with me a few times by phone, just to make sure everything was coming along alright.…
Wedding dress hunting ground for real-world brides on a budget. Princesses need not apply..
In Short
A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide
extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.…
Horrible Service.
Decent prices and nice selection, but staffed with lazy and clueless workers. "It's not my job" is a phrase that must have been coined at this store. The workers seemed annoyed when I asked for
help. Some people deserve their minimum wage.
The website customer support is even worse folks. I had an order short shipped. When I went looking for a customer service phone number on their website and on my packing slip there wasn't one. All you get is a toll free number which routes you to your nearest store. When you call them they say they can't help with web orders. Unless you have fun playing 'find the phone number', I would recommend you buy elsewhere. I still haven't figured out how to get the rest of the favors I was short shipped. I guess I'll have to call my credit card company and chalk it up to fraud.…
Worst Bridal Shop. I would never recommend Davids Bridal to anyone. The employees are mean and only trying to make their commision. They dont care about anyone. I cried when I left that place.
