I have been going to friendly paws for over 5 years, they are the best in town. My dog Sammy (mini schnauzer) always looks great, they take their time to make sure he looks perfect. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.... Great place

I just moved to town and i was a walkin with my 4 dogs 1 of which was matted really bad. the staff was very amazing and caring about mine and my dogs needs. The cuts were perfect and the dogs were all so happy which i cant say anything good about my past groomers. They are very knowledgeable and really know what they are doing. I am a very difficult person about my dogs and they get all thumbs up for being such great groomers and such great people. Friendly Paws is my forever groomer as long as im here and anyone i can send there way i will. Thank you Friendly paws.

Horrible Cut...My poor dog was SHAVED!!!!. Will never go back! Staff said if I brought my dog in at 7:30am that he would only take a "few hours", I called at 10and he was not done, didn't get a call till almost noon.

He was shaved to the skin and had lines where his fur once was! He is a small dog, it should have been an easy cut, I could have done better myself!

Would NOT recommend to anyone.

i would not recommend. very disappointed i took my shithzu puppy there his is only 8 months to be groomed . he was there from 1o clock till 7 30 pm. thats way to long but thats not the promblem my problem is his eyes were so red when i picked him up . a couples days later i took him to the vet . the vet said the groomers had been rough with my puppy while trimming his facial hairs that they popped his blood vessels in his eyes. my dog has to have drops put in twice a day . i called and informed friendly paws what was going on with my puppy and they said ill call u back . they called back and said they would pay for the drops but they also said my puppy had bitten one of there employees and it took three people to hold him down .why would it take that many peple to hold my little puppy down he is only 11 pounds . im very upset about how my puppy was treated i would not reccommed them to any one

Friendly Paws, not so friendly. I am very disappointed with Friendly Paws. When I first stated using Friendly Paws as my groomer I absolutely loved them, they were great. I believe that hey are under new ownership now. They have people that work for them that do not know anything about grooming. I told the girl that I needed my dogs withers a certain length and she had no idea what I was talking about. I also have an older dog and the Vet says that he should not be at the groomers very long. I have made this fact known. My dog has been at the groomers for over 6 hours which is very hard on the dog and is unacceptable. The last time I took my dog in, they were done and called me within 2 hours, this is acceptable. I paid for the job they did before I saw my dog and I wish I hadn't. They barley trimmed him. We also specifically asked them hot to touch his ears. I took one look at ,y dog, and they had trimmed his ears. He is supposed to have long ears and they are very short, not to mention that they are also very uneven!!! When I mentioned that I was unsatisfied I was told that I could get a discount the next time I came in. I told the girl that I was very unhappy with the service and that the discount was worthless because I won't be back! She seemed not to care. I would think that a small business would care about loosing a customer who has been going there for several years.

Best dog grooming ever!. These people are amazing with my dog. They are kind and I haven't had one problem with the way the have cut the hair on my dog! I don't know why anyone would have a problem with them unless their dog was matted or in really bad shape! I will be going there many more times. I love how my dog comes out so fresh and clean and looks so good! I have refered this Groom Shop to many of my freinds and they also love the way they handled there dogs. I will always stay at that shop.

Loving and patient with my dog!. The people here have been so nice. My 1 year old dog was injured at another groomer. The staff at Friendly Paws loved him and made him feel comfortable. He was very nervous and scared after the last groomer. This staff has made him feel better about being groomed. They always make him look really cute and do a wonderful job on him. My friend and a neighbor are taking their dogs to Friendly Paws now too!!!

Careless job on my dog...would not recommend.. I brought my dog here once to be groomed...and it will be the only time.

To start with, they cut way too much off of my dog, after I specifically told the manager I only wanted him trimmed and that we like his hair long and ratty looking. However, that was only a minor problem compared to the way they injured him. They shaved him so close to his private area that it became red, raw and irritated to the point where I needed to call the vet. The poor dog couldn't walk more than a few steps without sitting back down. We had to get him some cream and put one of those awful looking lampshade-like things over his head for a few days so he would stop trying to lick it.

I can live with the mistake of cutting too much, however, I cannot accept injuring my dog. Taking my dog to be groomed should not end up being a painful experience for the dog for an entire week after the event. In my opinion, this place has careless groomers and I would not recommend anyone using their services.
