Absolutely Disgusting

Spend your money anywhere else. A complaint to the owner about what appeared to be a chicken neck with vessels hanging out of it was met with a rude response about the food being "authentic". Paid for food that I could not fathom eating. Horrible in every respect.

Gem of a Chinese Restaurant in the Heart of Colorado Springs

Hunan Springs is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to in the Springs. The food is authentic, fresh, and satisfies even the pickiest of eaters. Not only is the food great, the atmosphere friendly, but the drinks are hard to beat. I absolutely enjoyed the great dining experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer without a doubt.

Best Chinese Restaurant in Colorado Springs!

Most of the dishes are as good as any in Chinatown in either N.Y. or S.F. Mei is a friendly and attentive hostess and serves nothing but fresh, authentic Chinese food. Try the Mushu Shrimp and the BBQ Spareribs or the Seafood Soup and you will be delighted. Prices are more than reasonable and you can buy an in-house credit card at a discount. My wife and I and all of our friends and family have been going there since it opened and go often. Not every dish is to my liking, but there is more than enough selection of really enjoyable dishes to please even the most picky and knowledgeable diner.

- Cons: Sometimes takes a while to get your bill.
