"Natural" is not always the best way to go .... I get the "all natural" venue Veda has taken however there are times when it's not always the best option. I was getting regular manicures & pedicures there for years until I asked for "gel nails" and were told they didn't offer it because of UVA rays etc. Well you receive more UVA rays walking to and from your car in Colorado. I am not concerned with the minimal UVA rays one gets from curing the gel nails. Nor am I concerned with the gentle file technique used to remove the polish. It barely touches your nail bed if done properly so there is no damage to your nails. Gel nails are the latest - they last for weeks w/o chipping or dulling. Sorry Veda, until you realize you are losing business from your all natural approach I regret to say I will not be seeing you again.

Paid too much for a horrible haircut!. Had my hair cut by Amy at the Broadmoor Veda who was suppose to give me an A-line Bob. She had cut my hair a couple of months earlier with the same style and had done a good job. This time, however, was horrible! I had to go back 2 different times (different stylist on the 3rd visit) and all they did was cut it shorter and shorter, but the same mistakes were there. My 7 year old ended up having to even it out across the nape of my neck! Yes, across my neck! What made it even worse is when Amy told me it "layed nicer" and other non truths. It was obvious enough that my 2 young children noticed it and couldn't understand why the "professionals" couldn't fix it! I will never go back there again and I encourage you not to as well. The front desk is nice, but when it was clear this was a horrible cut, no one was saying anything or making eye contact!

bad perm. I received a gift certificate for Valentine's Day so I used it towards getting a spiral perm. About 5 days after getting the perm I had to go back because some strands didn't take. To this day the perm still isn't what I was wanting or done right but she said she can't go another because it will damage my hair, The people are nice but wouldn't recommend a friend there for a perm because I never got a courtsy call or nothing. Just be careful if you go for perms.

Worst facial. Have had many facials and came to colorado springs and heard about Veda being the Best.

They don't believe in micro dermabrasion,everything is natural. No extractions were done, the price tag high and my face wasn't any better when I left. Very disappointed with my facial! All show and no go!

If natural is soo great,we wouldn't need facials!

GREAT SERVICE!!!. I have been looking for a stylist for quite sometime and I was lucky to schedule an appointment with Courtney. The service was very courteous and the assistant stylist Lyndsey was also great! I will definitely be going here in the future! Not many salons provide relaxer services in the Springs, but Courtney is excellent at it.

Amazing!. I went in feeling like a frumpy mom, and came out feeling amazing! I had gotten several recomendations to see Abriena, so I gave it a try. I couldn't have been happier. She spent time talking with me about what I was wanting to do with my hair. She took the time to find out how much time and effort I put into my hair to make sure I had a cut and color that was realistic for my lifestyle. I received a complimentary hand massage while my color was processing and had a wonderful scalp massage during my shampoo. Much needed relaxation for a busy mom. While she was styling my new cut, she took the time to tell me what products would be best to use and tips to create the look she gave me at home. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Veda. I can't wait to find time to get some of the other services they offer!

Veda Rocks!. My wife and I both get cut here and I would recommend it to anyone. There is a cost involved as with anything but it is well worth it. The head message itself is worth the money. We use Karen who does a great men?s cut and an even better ladies cut and color. It is Hollywood service without the Hollywood snob attitude. Thanks Veda!

Special Treatment. A nice new building with a clean fresh air about it. I loved the head massage and they were very accomodating. The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed myself. Then I got the bill, plus I added a reasonable tip (its only right) and came out of there $60 poorer for a haircut. It was nice treatment, but I guess you can't get something for nothing anymore.
