"Roro-Rooter" Service

Called out Roto-Rooter to unclog a plugged sewer line. The service man was prompt, courteous and looked professional in his apprearance. He was very efficient and cleaned up everything before he left. We did have to call him back in a week, but good to their word, there was no charge.

I was trying to fix a leaky tub spout and somehow managed to break a pipe in the wall. I shut the main water to the house off. It was Sunday evening and I was expecting to pay through the nose. I saw Roto-Rooters ad for same price on weekends. Dave arrived in less than 30 minutes and worked late into the night fixing our problem. I was impressed by his work (1 year guarantee) and the reasonable rates; we were able to have running water that night. Roto-Rooter saved the day!

Don't use Roto-Rooter!

I called them out to snake my line. Their snake got stuck. Called in excavation manager , he used a camera in the line and then told us the line was broken and it would be $4500 to fix. They proceeded to dig up our yard to get to the line and then they tell us it is not broken it was stuck in a root but that it is still our responsibility to pay the $4500. We only agreed to them digging because we were told the main line was broken!
