Terrible. Do not use.. From the moment we signed our contract with this company we had problems. Our house was not advertised as they said it would be. We never knew if there was a showing. They charged less for the security deposit than the contract we signed stated. They never inspected the house once the tenants moved in, even thought they were adamant that they would. When the tenants left, without paying rent, we were told that any damage would be repaired in 7 days. After a month NOTHING had been done, even after several phone calls where the owner of this company said it would be done in 2 days. We received what was left of the security deposit but never heard from them again even though they said they were suing the tenants. Avoid this company. You will be disappointed and you will lose money.

Wonderful Family Owned Business. I have been a tenant of Nester Property Management for over 5 years. Both Jeff and Carol have gone above and beyond not only to get repairs done quickly but to get the property owner to make improvement to help lower my heating bills. I could not be happier

Outstanding Service. Carol is all about customer service! I would recomend using her for all your property management needs. Caring and helpful are rare and she has them both ! Wonderful woman!!!!
