ZERO customer service, but apparently good if you get in.
My fiance went for a massage/spa treatment a few months ago and LOVED it. So I bought her a package online - where the prices are not listed for the packages. No biggie about the lack of prices when purchasing online since I expected less than $200 and it was less than $200.
Upon purchasing, I received no confirmation e-mail or receipt of any kind, but I saw the charge to my debit card. They also failed to contact me about the scheduling request I made at the time of purchase. So I called after not hearing from them for 5 days. No one answered, and no one has returned my message from a few days ago. Yesterday I e-mailed the only e-mail address listed on the website and still NOTHING. When I called my bank to contest the charge, I was informed the merchant has two weeks to "make it right" before the charge is reversed. I doubt they can.
Great Experience. I having been going to the place on a regular basis for about 2 years. I have never had problems getting an appointment. Massages have always been great as well as the facials and the pedicures. It was a little dusty one time. There is not one place that is perfect. I have tried other places and this one exceeds customer service and most relaxing atmosphere.
Colorado Wellness Spa. My husband bought me a $300 gift certificate for Christmas that I have attempted to use numerous times, but they either 1) do not call back 2) cancel appointments once you finally make them. This has happened at least four times in the last six months. I finally was able to make an appointment today for a massage on Monday, and then someone called back to say they were closed. I am scheduled for next Saturday.. let's just see if they call to re-schedule. Frustrating because THEY'VE already been paid so customer service really sucks. On the other hand the one service I did receive (a facial) was really good.
Dont do it!. My girlfriend and i wanted to do a girls day at the spa, and purchased the couples Eden package. Good price, but you totally get what you pay for. As you walk up to the front door, you cant help but notice the roof falling apart. We walked inside, and it did smell lovely and looked cute with all the antique cheap decor. However, just because you dim the lights, doesnt mean you shouldnt dust every once in awhile. It was filthy. We were escorted OUTSIDE, in the cold, to the hot tub. So we get in, and there are sand grains at the bottom of the tub, that u couldnt see through the clouded, dirty water. We were so disgusted, our feet stayed on our seats. Then our tub randomly shuts off, and as we are getting dressed, we are told that we will be met upstairs. My girlfriend had the worst facial ever...with spoiled smelling towels put on her face. The lady spent more time getting her crap than actually doing the facial. They had a different person come in and do her massage and footscrub, and scalp treatment. He completely skipped her arms and hands, and the scalp treatment consisted of pushing down on her head. I, on the other hand, didnt mind my treatments. I had the same guy throughout the entire experience, and it was nice. My 30min facial however, only lasted about 12 minutes. And both skipped the entire front side of our bodies during our massages. The foot scrub was great, who can mess that up..Again, you get what you pay for, and i would be delighted to pay more for a true spa experience. We left feeling like we were dirty.
Most Relaxed I've ever Been. we went there for our anniversary and loved every second of it. the package was on special, and was worth way more than what we paid for it. The massages were the best, and I love the way that all of our treatments were done in the same room. We've been places were we didn't even see each other because we were in different rooms. We'll be back every year, whether there's a special going on or not. Thanks for everything
Couple's Eden Spa Package. My wife and I really liked the calmness and relaxation that we felt at this spa the moment we walked in, as we really felt the need to get some time away to ourselves. The atmosphere has a nice eclectic mix of antique and modern and is located in a very cool, Victorian house. The staff was all about making our experience for our anniversary special. Thier hot tub is outside and has a gazebo which was nice (and private) and our massages, foot scrubs and facials were quite awesome! Thanks again!
Great atmosphere, very relaxing. We hadn't planned on going to this spa, and it was a spur of the moment decision that turned out to be the best few hours of our trip to Colorado Springs. The atmosphere was wonderful. The music was perfect...not too loud, and not a radio station. The staff was friendly and professional. My husband and I had a great time, and out therapists were superb. They had no availability at first and as soon as they had a cancallation they called us (just like we'd asked) and got us in ON TIME. They even recomended a great restaurant downtown. It was a perfect way to end a trip to Colorado.
Wonderful Couple's Spa Experience. My wife and I had plans at a nearby spa which fell through due to a mistake at the spa. We then scheduled with Colorado Wellness Spa and had a fantastic couple's experience. I would highly recommend this Spa for its skilled staff as well for it's wonderful atmosphere!
