A well hidden gem!. I had the best experience at Ofelia's yesterday! Klara did a fantastic job of consulting with me to determine what cut would look good with my face shape. So often, stylists are afraid to give their input, but Klara listened and gave her opinions in a very respectful way. I walked out of there with a great cut & style that I was even able to replicate the next day!!! If you are looking for a professional and cleanly atmosphere that gives great results - try Ofelia's!

I like this place. The service was great. Everyone friendly and helpful. The massage was ok. But the facial was beyond great. Made me feel great and the positive energy that came from Lindsay the facial lady was great. Men if you haven't tried a facial I suggest you run not walk to Ofelia's and set an appoint with Lindsay and see what I'm talking about. Never had a facial before but will have more in the future. Thanks Ofelia for a great 2 hours. Thank you Lindsay for a great job hope to see you soon

Oh My I Love this Place!!. Ofelia's has the most awsome atmosphere.

Adrienne did an excellent job on my hair. I haven't had my hair done professionally for 10 years, and I am extremely pleased with the cut and highlights that I received. It was a HUGE change for me but I'm glad I went here to do it. Thanks!

Great color and styles for guys. I've been seeing Patti for my hair care for many years. She does great styles for guys hair whether you want something basic or a cool new style color.

A Joy. I tried O'felia's Salon and Spa because I had a very good coupon, and I couldn't afford a fancy cut at my regular salon. I did not regret it! They made me feel at home right away and treated me very well, despite the fact that I wasn't paying full price. I found the staff friendly and generous. They even brought me a cup of coffee, which just made my morning! Jasmine gave me a cut that was terrific and really fit what I was asking for. I felt wonderful when I left, and I love my hairstyle! I would definitely recommend this salon. What a relaxing and enjoyable experience for me!

Great Salon...Highly Recommend. I have been a client of Ofelia's for many years, and while I can understand the frustration the previous reviewer had, I can honestly say that this is the best place to get a haircut and color. My stylist is the owner of the Salon, Patty and she is the BEST! She truly listens, she gives you honest recommendations and she truly gives you a haircut/color that looks great on you everytime and goes with your lifestyle. I have had many haircuts/colors and each one just fits with me at that time. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your hair and making you look unbelievable, call Patty! I can say that there has been a turnover with the front staff with scheduling and all of that but, Patty is the lady to talk to if there are any issues. And that has all been pretty cleared up for almost a year. Give it a try, you will NOT be disappointed.

Horrible Service. I scheduled a family member as a gift. I left my name and information and asked them to call me for payment. The day my friend came in they required her to leave her credit card information (tacky!!!) and ended up charging her for my gift. I have called three times, trying to get this straightened out. Each time, they took my information and never called back.

I just wanted to warn you before you make the same mistake we did. If you are looking for a stress-free visit, we recommend going somewhere else. They do not offer good customer service.

Ofelias salon and spa. I visit Colorado Springs often. Always fit in a visit to Ofelias Spa and Salon. Amazing staff, feel good atmosphere. Altogether a wonderful experiance.

great customer service...friendly staff. professional yet comfortable...upscale but affordable. experienced and very knowlegable staff. stylists actually listened and cared about my entire experience.
