Terrible Customer Service, great food. We love Panera's food, however found ourselves unwelcome at this particular Panera. We had 20 people dine there for an office BD party and although "first-come, first-serve" for tables (they don't take reservations), we were told by the manager how large groups are discouraged from dining with them because it "didn't leave seating for others who come in over the busy lunch hour". Hmm...we should leave because others who didn't arrive before us may not have seating?! Aren't we also paying customers? Needless to say there are 20 of us and our families that won't be frequenting this Panera's anymore. We were disappointed to hear that our business wasn't needed because they may have others who haven't come in yet that might get angry if we sit at tables eating lunch and taking up space. It's sad when businesses don't need customers.

Bright colors and comfortable furniture give this chain cafe a laid-back feel, with scattered tables that beckon coffee-sipping readers, chatters and diners. All baked goods--bagels, muffins, two dozen kinds of bread--are made fresh on the premises. Sandwiches include turkey-artichoke panini and Asiago roast beef, plus standards like chicken salad and smoked turkey. Soups change daily, but popular choices like broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle and French onion are always on the menu.
